When: 22-28 October, 2018 Where: Flowstate, South Bank, Brisbane Moving Through, a site-generated image and sound performance that imagines the intermediate space between this life and the next is happening at Flowstate between 22 to 28 October. Artist Kellie O’Dempsey’s works come to life using digital drawing and animated video projection, along with physical performers and musicians. Moving Through maps an illusory journey from a gentle departure through the after-life to the celebration of becoming. You can either participate in a workshop where participants become creators in this multimedia exploration, or join in a discussion as O’Dempsey talks through her process of creating cinematic collage. Moving Through culminates in two stunning and visceral evening performances. Flowstate is a revitalised location in the heart of South Bank.
