Have you ever heard or said that famous line: ‘Romeo, Romeo where for art thou Romeo?’

Taken from the most famous love story of all time, Sir Kenneth MacMillan presents the Queensland Ballet’s Romeo & Juliet in all its glory at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre’s (QPAC) Lyric Theatre in the West End, Brisbane from 28 August to 7 September 2019.

In this ballet rendition of the play by William Shakespeare, Kenneth MacMillan’s adaptation will bring the streets of Verona alive.  The production will engage and delight audiences with a recreation that will include spectacular and colourful costumes, incredibly styled sets and amazing lighting.

Kenneth’s choreography will capture the intense romance, passion and tragedy of this play; matched by the skill, elegance and strength of the Queensland Ballet dancers.
