Springtime is the perfect time to visit Mt Coot-Tha Botanic Gardens in Brisbane. The gardens are recognised as Queensland’s premier subtropical botanic gardens.

The 52-hectare gardens, located on Mt Coot-tha Road at Toowong, display distinctly different gardens arranged in thematic and geographical displays.

You will discover themed areas including the scented garden, bamboo grove, arid zone, Japanese Gardens, tropical greenhouse and the largest collection of Australian native rainforest trees in the world.
