"Beautiful apartment with lovely reception staff"

“We came down to Brisbane from Yulara (Uluru) for a medical appointment and the staff could not have been more accommodating. There was one lady in particular who used to work out here in the desert and she knew where we had travelled from and was absolutely wonderful, helping us move the dates of our stay to suit the medical appointment.
Loved the apartments too, so comfortable and in a very pratical location. Would definitely stay again!”

"Great experience!"

“We booked in at the West End Apartments from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room (512) was fantastic. The great balcony meant we could have some of our friends over for drinks – perfect for the kind of relaxed social evening we were after. Though it was the middle of winter our five year old enjoyed the spa pool on Saturday morning and we were made to feel really welcome in the hotel by the housekeeping staff we encountered en route. We appreciated the ease of use of the late check in box, and liked that the amount we had to provide for the key deposit was a reasonable $30. Thanks too to the lovely reception staff for confirming where to get the free bus for the footy, and for holding our bags for the day once we had checked out. We had a great afternoon on Southbank in the sunshine, and overall a wonderful experience in West End.”

"Extra Long Weekend"

“Have been very impressed with this place! I am here with my 3 year old son, my mum and aunty in one of the two bedroom apartments. I highly recommend this apartment as it has so much room and it is self sufficient which is good if you are here with kids. Location wise, perfect! 10 min walk to Southbank or 20 mins to the city. Would definitely return if I ever came back!”

"Excellent central location"

“I booked a 2 bedroom apppartment as my mum was going to an eye clinic and we were only 2 blocks from it. The appartment was amazing with balconies off loungeroom and bedrooms. What was even more amazing was the wonderful staff they helped us with early checkin and gave us advice on where to dine. The appartment was huge with 2 bathrooms and everything you needed for a great stay. Close to heaps of different eateries and bars. A special thanks to the staff we will be back again. Oh I forgot great pool and relaxation area.”

“Booked a two bedroom apartment for a few days to watch State of Origin III.
Very happy with the choice of apartments, great central location, 20 minutes walk to everywhere, City, Southbank, Suncorp Stadium and with a great choice of pubs and eateries within 5 minutes.
The rooms were quite spacious and well laid out, we had a huge North facing deck with a great outlook back to the city. Very clean, servicing was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”
